We got a second hand sofa bed that had as described only a couple of marks!  When we picked it up I couldn’t believe it was so bad. I emailed them enquiring about cleaning of 2 carpets and 2 sofas on the 27th January, and within a few hours our clean was booked for only 2 days later. On the 29th, Barry and Gary arrived on time and were very polite and friendly - we felt instantly comfortable with them in our house and they got on with the job quietly and efficiently with minimal disturbance to us. One of the sofas was heavily stained and the team were honest with us from the start about what level of restoration the clean could provide. They reassured us they could get it to a much improved state and they certainly have done. Both sofas look great and hugely improved compared to what we started with. As for the carpets, they are as good as new. Thank you so much 🙂

They came to clean 2 (pure wool) carpets that had suffered a bit of abuse over the Christmas period. Ryan who oversaw the job was exceptional. Talked me carefully through what equipment he would be using, the process, how it worked and how long he would be in situ for. Carpets look like they did the day we fired them. Couldn’t be happier.
